Please arrive to your appointment on time to allow me to give you a great hair experience. Arrival after 15 minutes of booked time, may result in rescheduling your appointment at my earliest convinience .
During appointments: All services especially lightening sessions are customized to each client, therefore at times can be lengthy. Please plan accordingly for your appointments. Processing times can be up to an hour therefor there will be plenty of time to relax. Feel free to bring a book or earbuds for a show/movie. In addition you are more than welcome to bring a snack as well!
I strive to maintain a relaxing environment for you and all my clients, therefore unless your child has an appointment, please try and keep children at home.
All rates and sales are final. No Discounts or refunds will be admitted.

Cancellation Policy
Most services I offer are lengthy sessions, there for I have a STRICT cancellation policy. I REQUIRE a credit card on file to book all appointments with me. As a courtesy for my business, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it needs to be done WITHIN 48 HOURS in advance. I will not accept EMAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGING as a form of cancelling. Please calls/texts only. Giving me the appropriate notice, allows me to fill that spot with clients on my waitlist.
No Shows and cancellations after the 48 hour time frame, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service .If you have future standing appointments with me, this needs to be paid in full within 24 hours or all appointments will be cancelled. A NO SHOW, habitual cancelling and rescheduling, will result in refusal of future services.
