About Me

It is a beautiful thing, when the two things you love are combined, art and hair. Looking back when I was younger, I never would have thought I would have a career that doesn’t feel like work. I started journey as a makeup artist for M.A.C , 15 years ago. I loved every minute until I decided I wanted more of what this industry had to offer. After 2 years working as a makeup artist, I took the plunge and started beauty school. Fast forward to the present, I have 14 years of doing hair under my belt!

In Fall of 2021, I opened my own small space called Aura Studio. Which I’m completely in love with and hope you are too when you visit. Being independent, my educational opportunities are endless. Over the years I have dove into as much advanced education as I could, and continue to do so. I strive to never stop learning and to always be a student in my craft.

Lately, I have been just diggin’ creating transformations on brunettes and blondes in cutting and coloring. I am always searching for those who would love to get creative with their haircuts!! Been OBSESSED with shags and lots of effortless layers!!!
